JHF Joins National Leaders at the White House for World Patient Safety Day Events, Pledging Action to Reduce Medical Error
In recognition of World Patient Safety Day, Dr. Feinstein spoke on a panel of leading patient safety organizations invited by the Biden-Harris Administration to the White House discuss solutions to the systematic and pervasive challenges of patient safety. JHF was also represented at the patient safety march and a leadership briefing, and also funded a Congressional briefing on patient safety.

JHF’s Documentary, The Pitch, Now Available On Demand Following National Release Tour
JHF proudly announces the 2024 release of The Pitch: Patient Safety’s Next Generation, now available on major on-demand platforms and on DVD/Blu-ray. Released on World Patient Safety Day, September 17, the documentary also wrapped up a five-city release tour that featured post-screening panels of patient safety and innovation experts in Chicago, NYC, DC, Boston, and Palo Alto.

Patient Safety Fellowship Alumna, Anna Li, Wins $1M Social Entrepreneurship Prize
In 2023, Anna Li participated in JHF’s Patient Safety Fellowship which prepares participants to apply innovative methods and strategies in safety science, team-based problem-solving, systems thinking, and quality improvement for healthcare settings.
